PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Customers may only purchase products from the latest on-line Dielle S.r.l. catalogue at www.dielle.net . If you order more products than we have available, Dielle S.r.l. will only accept purchases for the amounts we have in our on-line warehouse. Dielle Customer Services Department will tell you (by telephone or e-mail) if the products are likely to become available at a later date.

All items in the Dielle catalogue may be purchased under the terms and conditions laid out below.

All orders may be placed on line, or with Dielle´s sales manager by telephone.
Orders shall be considered compleete once a customer has received a confirmatory e-mail thereof.
It shall thus be the customer´s responsibility to check orders and promptly notify any errors therein.

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY :

All prices are in euros and include VAT, at our premises.
The availability of products ordered on line must be confirmed by Dielle S.r.l.

PAYMENT:
The following fomrs of payment are accepted:

BANKER´S TRANSFER

VISA and MASTERCARD CREDIT CARDS
On-line payment by credit card via PayPal on 128-bit secure server
(only VISA and MASTERCARD are acceptable; we do not accept AMERICAN EXPRESS)
Credit card payments are only acceptable if the person placing the order is the credit card holder.



DELIVERIES TO ITALY:
When ordering, the customer HEREBY ACCEPTS that the company will avail itself of the services of GLS for deliveries, F.O.B. (delivery charges to be paid by the customer to TNT)

OVERSEAS DELIVERIES:
When ordering, the customer HEREBY ACCEPTS that the company will avail itself of the services of GLS for deliveries, F.O.B. (delivery charges to be paid by the customer to TNT)


PRODUCT DELIVERIES:
Dielle S.r.l. will deliver products to the address specified when registering. Deliveries will be made between Mondays and Fridays, except for national holidays. Orders placed after 12.30 on Thursdays will be despatched the following Monday, except in special cases. To avoid any inconvenience, please use the online communications form and provide us with an address where somebody will be able to receive the goods. When your parcel is delivered, if you suspect it has been tampered with and there are signs of spillage, please accept it and write the following on the haulier´s docket: "ACCEPTED SUBJECT TO CHECKING CONTENTS." If, when you open the parcel, you find that something is missing or broken, please telephone +39-02-93581075 or e-mail us at info@dielle.net so we can take it up immediately with the haulier and seek damages. In the meantime we will send you another parcel, under the same conditions.
Except in exceptional circumstances, our goods always arrive in perfect condition.


RIGHTS OF REDRESS:
Section 5 of Legislative Decree n° 185, dated 22/05/1999 (the "Consumers´ Charter") n.185 gives consumers rights of redress.
These consist in allowing consumers to withdraw unconditionally from any purchases, i.e . without any dues and without having to give any explanation to Dielle S.r.l.
However, the consumer must return any products purchased (and possibly received).
Dielle S.r.l. will then reimburse any monies already paid for goods and any delivery charges.



EXERCISING UNCONDITIONAL RIGHTS OF REDRESS
You may exercise your right of redress exercised at any time after placing a purchase order, up to a maximum of twenty (20) days after receiving goods by notifying Dielle S.r.l. in writing of your intentions. You must provide the following information –

number and date of receipt

for partial withdrawal, details and numbers of the products you wish to return

details of bank account where you wish your reimbursement to be paid (SWIFT code).




If this bank account is in the name of someone other than the person who appears on the invoice, please say so.

Notification of withdrawal and the above information may be sent to Dielle S.r.l. in any of the following ways –

by sending a recorded delivery letter to the following address:

By no later than twenty (20) days after receipt of the goods, the consumer must return them to the same address in a post office parcel.

Any monies already paid for an order (including delivery charges) or for part of an order (which case delivery charges will not be returned), from which a consumer has withdrawn will be returned by the usual means without any additional charges by no later than fourteen (14) days after the consumer has returned the goods.

GUARANTEE
Dielle S.r.l. hereby guarantees all goods against any sort of defect.

In the event of consumers discovering some defect in products, they may exercise their rights of redress up to no more than twenty (20) days after receipt thereof.

If more than twenty (20) days have passed, the consumer must notify Dielle S.r.l. In one of the following ways –

DISPUTES:
This contract shall be construed in accordance with Italian jurisprudence. In the event of any disputes arising out of the validity, interpretation, or application of this contract, jurisdiction shall be held by the District Court at the consumer´s place of residence in Italy .
